Phone numbers can be written in dozens of formats. This tool improves data quality by standardizing these formats into one universal phone number per country. It helps if you can provide the ISO3 country code. Use our ISO country code converter (see below) if you have ISO2 codes. For records that do not have a country code the macro has the option to test if the most common used country format in your file can be used for these records. Additional information is provided in the output as errors, too long or short numbers. Example: (06)45094509, +31 6 55 79 45 09, 6 5579 45 09  will all return two fields: +31 and 655794509

Postcode formats differ per country.  This tool uses the ISO3 country code to determine the correct format of that country. The ISO 3166-1 codes for countries can be standardized in your files as a 2 character (alpha 2) or 3 character (alpha 3) string. There are use cases where you need to translate the code to another format. This macro has three options: Toggle (to the not available format), All ISO2 and All ISO3.

The toggle option translates NL to NLD and NLD to NL depending on the input column. All ISO2 converts all incoming codes to ISO2 format. All ISO3 to ISO3.

The IBAN number for bank accounts is long and therefore sensitive for errors. This IBAN checker performs a basic check on the format that is used. The algorithm described on this page is implemented. Now it is simple to check the IBAN by just adding this tool to your workflow.

OK, this check is a simple but handy one. It helps when you want to be sure that incoming  data has the right data quality. It performs an 11 check on the incoming number. The number can be 8 or 9 positions. If the checksum is correct, the number can be an active social security number (BSN).
